Embedded Insurance Application and Preliminary Indications

Our application page includes an embedded application provided through NowCerts and related service providers used to process and route insurance requests. Information entered in the embedded application may be transmitted directly to those systems and to our agency records.

Submitting information may lead to a preliminary indication. It is not a final or bindable quote and does not create coverage. Final eligibility, pricing, coverage, and binding depend on underwriting, motor vehicle and safety information, required documents, payment, carrier approval, and other applicable requirements.

Do not place personal or sensitive information in campaign URLs. We do not intentionally send application content or insurance details to advertising or analytics platforms.

Advertising Attribution

To understand how visitors reach our site, we may store first-touch and last-touch information such as landing URL, external referrer, UTM campaign fields, advertising click identifiers, capture timestamps, session or correlation ID, current page, and consent state. We preserve first-touch information and update last-touch information under our attribution rules. Internal PowerCIB referrals are excluded from external referral attribution. Campaign URLs should never contain personal information.

Email and Text Communications

When required, we obtain consent before sending marketing or application-related text messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. If supported by the sending service, reply HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing insurance. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe method in the message. Operational communications about an application or requested service may still be sent as permitted by law.
